What is a unique referral link?
It is a unique link you will receive from us once you become an affiliate. No two affiliates have the same link. This allows us to identify which affiliate introduced which referee.

What is a recurring commission?
A recurring commission is an amount of money credited to your affiliate account everytime your referee purchases or renews any one of their hosting plans.
How much can I earn?
The great news is, there is no earning limit in our affiliate program. As long as you continue referring people to us, you will be rewarded for every purchase or renewal of their hosting plan. Our various hosting services and their corresponding recurring commission percentages are as stated below:

How do you track my referees’ spending?
Using cookies on our website, we are able track who purchased our services and whoreferred them. We keep a record of all purchases from 90 days back.
Where can I check my total earnings?
Login to your client area and click on ‘Affiliate’ on the upper menu bar. We will also sendmonthly performance reports to your email so that you can get a breakdown of theearnings you made each month.
How long does it take for commissions to be deposited into my affiliate account?
Your commissions will be deposited in your account 30 days after your referee makes apayment any one of our hosting services. This is to prevent fraud order.
How do I get paid?
You will be awarded via cash or account credit, your choice. We will transfer the money to your Malaysia bank account, PayPal account, or to your credit balance.
What is the minimum amount I can withdraw?
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100.
How long does it take for my earnings to be withdrawn?
Payouts will be completed within 3 days by our billing team after the withdrawalsubmission is made.
What happens if my referee cancels their hosting plan within 30 days?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most of our hosting plans. During this period, clients are allowed to cancel the plan whenever they want. If your referee cancels their plan during these 30 days, your commission will be revoked.
Will I get paid if my referee didn’t use my affiliate link to make a purchase?
No, you will not get the commission. Your referee must use your affiliate link to make their purchase in order for our system to verify your referee.
Can I make a purchase with my own referral link?
No, you are not allowed to use it for you or your own company’s purchase. Your affiliateaccount will be terminated and all your commission will be forfeited if you do so.
